From June 6-7, Calvin Chengang FU, Chairman of China Innovation Finance Institute|Chengdu, attended the International Science, Technology and Innovation Forum of Boao Forum For Asia 2025 Hong Kong Conference (BFA ISTIF) and spoke at a sub-forum.

Calvin Chengang FU analyzed emerging trends in “patient capital” investment in technological innovation from the perspectives of global sovereign wealth funds, innovative finance, and the development of Hong Kong as an international financial center. He also explored cooperation between China, Hong Kong, and global sovereign institutional investors in the field of innovative finance, as well as the development and challenges of cross-border financial infrastructure and new financial services, including stock exchanges, crypto-assets, digital currencies, and stablecoins.
During the conference discussions and Q&A session, Calvin Chengang Fu also engaged with guests and audience members on topics such as the joint development of the Western Financial Center by Chengdu and Chongqing, as well as the establishment of a comprehensive cross-border financial service platform.
