Recently, Calvin Chengang FU, Chairman of China Innovation Finance Institute |Chengdu, attended the 2025 Citi China Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Forum and delivered a keynote speech titled “Sailing Global: Sovereign Wealth Funds and Middle Eastern Financial Markets from a Geopolitical Perspective.”
The forum was hosted by Citi China. Steven Huang, Executive Vice President of Citi China, Head of Citi China Financial Institutions and Public Sector Group, delivered the opening remarks. During the closed-door sessions, China Innovation Finance Institute|Chengdu representative engaged in discussions with participating institutions, systematically presenting the latest developments and trends in areas including cross-border financial service infrastructure, China-Arab financial cooperation, and digital financial innovation in the Gulf region.
